By placing an order through FARUZA you agree to these terms.

Orders

• Your order is a request to the store. It is confirmed when the store accepts it.
• Prices and the delivery fee are shown before you place the order. The amount charged is the amount shown at checkout.
• A store may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock. You will be told why.

Cancellations and refunds

• You can cancel an order until a rider has collected it.
• If you paid by card and your order is cancelled, the amount is refunded to your card.
• If something is wrong with a delivered order, contact us and we will work with the store to put it right.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Please make sure someone is available at the address and phone number you provide.

Cash on delivery

Please have the order total ready for the rider. Riders may not carry large amounts of change.

Partners

Stores and riders using FARUZA agree to separate partner terms, including commission and payout terms.
